Hardware & Frozen order delivery costs are determined by actual weight and displayed at checkout starting from £2.70


Delivery Information

We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible

All orders placed before 1pm will be processed for despatch the same day.

Please bear in mind whilst ordering we do not generally send out livefoods on a Friday due to weekend delays, although we may do so whenever possible if we believe the weather will be suitable to do so.

We never send out orders that contain frozen goods on a Friday due to weekends.

Orders will be sent out using the most appropriate method available to us, this includes Royal Mail first class post, Recorded Delivery, Parcel force, TNT or Independent couriers. If we have tracking information available for your order you will be able to find it in your account area under order notes once the order has been marked as dispatched. As a general Rule you will need to be in to accept the parcel or be prepared to collect it from your local depot. 

We have performed a thorough review of our product lines and have made some changes so that we have a wide range of the most popular reptile products in stock for immediate dispatch. 

Stock levels for all items are shown on the item page, this is the combined number in stock at our showroom and at our preferred suppliers warehouse. These levels are not live and are updated every 24 hours, although we endeavour to keep these as accurate as possible occasionally errors may occur. 

In all instances we will send you a dispatch notification to the e-mail address you provide. Please allow a minimum of four working days for delivery from dispatch notice (next day for frozen orders).
