When will your order be sent?

Livefoods - If you order before 10am we guarantee we will post your livefoods the same day, (we will post orders after the cut off time if time permits), we now post our livefoods Monday through to Friday (we reserve the right to suspend friday posting if weather conditions are not favourable) . 

Frozen - We only post frozen orders Monday to Thursday

Hardware - We Process and despatch orders right up to four pm Monday to Friday but our "official" cut off time is 10am for same day posting, If you are inurgent need of items please contact us to see if next day delivery is available      

How Much is the Delivery charge?

Livefood prices Include delivery - the price you see is the price you pay

For dry good only orders (not livefoods or frozen) Everything is charged on weight, our shopping cart adds up the weight of your order and displays the postage

Frozen £9.99, all frozen is sent on a next day courier service.

Next Day courier charges to NI and Channel Islands will be calculated at checkout.

How will my parcel be delivered ?

Livefoods are sent using Royal Mail First Class post, Our boxes are too big too fit through your letter box so please make sure someone is in to accept them. 

We currently use Royal Mail (First class, Special delivery & Tracked), APC Couriers, Business Post and TNT.   

My Livefoods have not arrived ?

Please allow four working days from posting and then ask at your sorting office, they might be holding onto it and haven't told you - (Yes they do do that!)
