Delivery - All Frozen orders from Livefoods By Post will be sent via next day courier. This is to ensure they arrive fresh & still Frozen.
Packaging - The frozen foods are packaged in an insulated polystyrene box with dry ice packs inside to ensure your delivery arrives in perfect condition. The dry Ice may have evaporated by the time you unpack your delivery, if any is remaining do not touch the dry ice.
Please make sure you are available to take delivery we will not be responsible for defrosted frozen goods due to failed deliverys that are the customers fault.
