Frozen foods are packed frozen but may not remain frozen for the entire journey. Even though frozen foods may arrive still frozen, the frozen state is not guaranteed. Defrosted foods are not returnable for credit or exchange as they will not have risen in temperature high enough to cause any bacterial growth or damage to the rodents. Frozen foods may not be packed and shipped together with live foods as livefoods will not be able to tolerate the cold.
