If Your item is faulty
If your purchase is delivered damaged or doesn't work, or breaks down whilst under guarantee then dont panic! Just send us an e-mail to sales@livefoodsbypost.co.uk and we will send you a postage paid return label so that you can hand the goods over at any post office for them to be returned to us for replacement or refund. We will no longer refund the cost of returning items if this procedure is not followed.
If you change your mind
If you change your mind, or the item isn't quite what you expected then you have seven days from delivery to change your mind and return the items. However the goods must be unopened, unused and in the original re-sellable condition. You must return these goods at your own expense and we strongly advise you purchase additional insurance to cover loss or damage whilst in the post as we dont accept liability for these items until they are physically back in our hands.
