"Silent" Brown Crickets - livefood

Silent Brown crickets (Gryllus assimilis & Acheta Domestica)

We use a variety of crickets for our silent cricket option. Generally sizes small to standard will be acheta domestica as they are more prolific and only chirp when they become adults and Gryllus assimilis for adults as they have a very soft chirrup.  

Prepacked tubs will remain fresh for approximately a week, they will fare better if kept slightly cool, dry and out of direct sunlight.  

Bulk bags will need transferring to a larger container . If keeping crickets for an extended period of time they must be kept well ventilated & regularly cleaned. Food will be taken in the form of Bug Grub and water as Bug Gel (see livefood supplies). Hiding places will need to be provided. Keep them at room temperature and out of direct sunlight.
