Being reptile keepers we find it quite exciting when a new product is released. As soon as a new product comes onto the market we get our hands on it. And with the eager anticipation of any other hobbyist getting their hands on a new piece of kit we look at it with a view of "is this any good?" not "can we make money out of this?" (although that thought does come after the initial inspection!).
You see we are not just retailers selling things, we are reptile keepers who just happen to be good at retailing!
This hands on approach to new product testing is vital, it enables us to evaluate products and advise our customers on their correct usage.
